Bear fruit unto God

We've all heard that we need to bear fruit unto God. We've heard that faith without works is dead, and then feel guilty and inadequite, because we don't see the fruit in our lives. The thing is, we missed the power of the concept of a tree bearing fruit. God's idea is not for us to put pressure on ourselves, trying to bear fruit, but to be whom He made us to be. I can only be myself. I can not be anyone else. If I were to try to be anyone else, I would stop being myself, and present a deceiving image to the people around me, pruducing works that does not flow out of my identity. All the works flowing out of such self effort, effort in trying to be something I am not, are false works, and as fake as a flee market gold watch. I would then be stuck in a life of pretence.

Let me put it this way. Sometimes certain fruit and vegetable grocers use fake plastic fruit as a permanent display in their shop windows. The fruit sometimes look convincingly real, but have no nutritional value. Its intention is never to give nutrition, but to look like it. If I were to be hungry, and were to take a bite from a fake banana, my teeth would hurt, and I would find no pleasure or benefit from the experience. But if I were to sink my teeth into a real banana, I would taste the sweetness of the fruit, and my body would benefit from its nutritional value.

Col 2:20 If then you have died with Christ to material ways of looking at things and have escaped from the world's crude and elemental notions and teachings of externalism, why do you live as if you still belong to the world? [Why do you submit to rules and regulations?-such as]
2:21 Do not handle [this], Do not taste [that], Do not even touch [them],
2:22 Referring to things all of which perish with being used. To do this is to follow human precepts and doctrines.
2:23 Such [practices] have indeed the outward appearance [that popularly passes] for wisdom, in promoting self-imposed rigor of devotion and delight in self-humiliation and severity of discipline of the body, but they are of no value in checking the indulgence of the flesh (the lower nature). [Instead, they do not honor God but serve only to indulge the flesh.]

Teachings with you in the centre, doctrines teaching you to modify your behaviour, have no value in checking the indulgence of the flesh. It only serves to indulge the flesh even more. It only produces a life of pretending that it's real and does work, like plastic fruit.

Sadly the church at large has become a society of pretence. Real fruit is nowhere to be seen and most people only try make a display of fruit convincing enough to look better than their neighbours. An image of what they need to become is etched in their minds, and they constantly try to pass themselves off as that particular image. The true standard of the law is also severely compromised. If we really understood what the law expects from its followers, no one would even try to fulfill it.

People in general have no idea who they are, and only have an image of who they think they're supposed to be. They then copy the behaviour of individuals whom they can see and idolise, and who present desirable images or lifestyles. One individual would do something different or inspiring, and the rest would try to pass themselves off as that person. How many people copy the hair styles, fashion and lifestyles of celebrities, and even the celebrities only show the public a fake glamorous image, the pretence that their lives are indeed picture perfect. Inside however, a lot of those people are empty and dead and are living a torturous life of trying to be someone they created in their own minds. They never get to a point where they are satisfied with who they are.

In church this also happens. A picture is painted in the minds of church goers through doctrine and preaching; a picture of who they're supposed to be. People don't think that they are notable, and think that they must become something which they are not, when in fact Christ already forgave our sins and washed them away with His own blood. This upside down mind set, makes people to pretend that they are what they think they must become. Everyone becomes actors, and no one is truly who they were made to be. This is a terrible waste of people's lives. When we go to church, we need to hear who He really is, so that He can show us who we already are. We need to hear that God is good, and that all our sins are already forgiven, so that we can understand that through His goodness, and through what He did, we are now perfect and holy. This true perception of identity will produce the true fruit, and the power of God will be demonstrated through us.

If I had a garden with a fig tree, it would be ludicrous to expect that tree to bear apples. In the same way, God does not expect of you to be someone you're not. Neither removing undesireable figs from a fig tree, nor trying to force a fig tree to bear apples will produces apples, but planting an apple tree would produce apples. Jesus Christ did pay a price, to redeem the fig trees of the world, in order for them to change in nature, and become apple trees. When we first believed, we were crucified with Christ. Our old nature died, and we were reborn. The fig tree in us was cut down, and an apple tree was planted in its stead. God changed your nature. Now it is simply the nature of the apple tree to bear apples. There is no effort involved. The apple tree is simply being what it was created (or recreated) to be. You were dead in your trespasses, but now you have been made alive by His Spirit in fellowship and union with Him (Eph2:5). It was done to satisfy His intense love for us (Eph 2:4)! Fruit comes in season, and simply out of the nature of the tree. The apple tree doesn't strain itself to produce apples. It just enjoys being an apple tree, and fruit automatically comes.
We have heard the Gospel, and believed it. Now we can trust the Word of God to bear fruit unto God in our lives. We need only to hear what Jesus Christ did for us. That will reveal to us who we really are, and will cause the fruit to come naturally.

John 15:1 I AM the True Vine, and My Father is the Vinedresser.
15:2 Any branch in Me that does not bear fruit [that stops bearing] He cuts away (trims off, takes away); and He cleanses and repeatedly prunes every branch that continues to bear fruit, to make it bear more and richer and more excellent fruit.
15:3 You are cleansed and pruned already, because of the word which I have given you [the teachings I have discussed with you].
15:4 Dwell in Me, and I will dwell in you. [Live in Me, and I will live in you.] Just as no branch can bear fruit of itself without abiding in (being vitally united to) the vine, neither can you bear fruit unless you abide in Me.
15:5 I am the Vine; you are the branches. Whoever lives in Me and I in him bears much (abundant) fruit. However, apart from Me [cut off from vital union with Me] you can do nothing.
15:6 If a person does not dwell in Me, he is thrown out like a [broken-off] branch, and withers; such branches are gathered up and thrown into the fire, and they are burned.
15:7 If you live in Me [abide vitally united to Me] and My words remain in you and continue to live in your hearts, ask whatever you will, and it shall be done for you.
15:8 When you bear (produce) much fruit, My Father is honored and glorified, and you show and prove yourselves to be true followers of Mine.

Preachers, please, don't try to become like the preacher who has ministered to you. Sometimes preachers manifest the life of Christ and bear fruit unto God, and then others try to imitate the fruit of that preacher. The message of the Gospel has power in itself to produce fruit in your own life. This word changes you as you hear it, and the Spirit of God bears fruit in you! Fruit can never be imitated. Imitation fruit has only one function, and that is to try and convince people that the true fruit is there, but when the people try to eat the fruit, it will not benefit them.

Yes it is the Holy Spirit's fruit in your life, and yes the true works of Christ will happen through you, but the fruit is not produced by our efforts, but by the Holy Spirit. The fruit is produced by the Holy Spirit through the preaching and believing of the Gospel message! Christ died for you, and now lives inside you!

Gal 5:22 But the fruit of the [Holy] Spirit [the work which His presence within accomplishes] is love, joy (gladness), peace, patience (an even temper, forbearance), kindness, goodness (benevolence), faithfulness,
5:23 Gentleness (meekness, humility), self-control (self-restraint, continence). Against such things there is no law [that can bring a charge].
5:24 And those who belong to Christ Jesus (the Messiah) have crucified the flesh (the godless human nature) with its passions and appetites and desires.
5:25 If we live by the [Holy] Spirit, let us also walk by the Spirit. [If by the Holy Spirit we have our life in God, let us go forward walking in line, our conduct controlled by the Spirit.]
5:26 Let us not become vainglorious and self-conceited, competitive and challenging and provoking and irritating to one another, envying and being jealous of one another.

Hear and receive the message, and let Christ Himself reveal to you who you are. Stop trying to be like other people. Be who God made you. If you copy another preacher it will only irritate the preacher who you are trying to copy, and everyone else will see it's fake. Bear your own fruit. This is only possible by hearing and hearing and hearing the Word of God, and welcoming the Holy Spirit into your life. Let Him have free reign in your life, and let Him prompt your every move. He will then produce true fruit that will bring life to all around you, and you will be a beacon of hope to people who desperately need guidance.

I pray that the Lord Jesus Christ will reveal to you whom He has made you to be, in Christ. I pray that you will know the freedom of being who you truly are. I pray that the Spirit in you will bear much fruit, bringing life to the world!

Bless you!

Religion

Have you ever considered how utterly rediculous the whole religious setup is, that we have been exposed to for most of our lives. I mean religion in the wide sense, whether you are a religious Christian, Buddhist, Hindu, Muslim, Shintoist, Atheist, Satanist. Its all the same. All of them have certain rules that are simply compulsory and of which no deviation is tolerated. It makes idiots of men, and makes them to perform certain rites and rituals again and again without any effect or progress. All of them has unfounded thought, and no way to prove it. All of them function with fear, and apart from the occasional chastisement, the ultimate sanction of non compliance with all of them occurs after death, and it's not a pretty sight.

Everybody trapped in this paradigm is therefore too scared to take the chance of disbelieving what they are forced to accept, and is woven into a tapestry of culture and tradition without choice, and without any benefit.

From birth one is forced to subscribe to certain views, and punished if one doesn't. If one questions anything, it is regarded as heresy and sacriledge, and if one passively submits to the whole rig marole one is regarded as a good boy, even as a person of faith. It looks so noble from the outside, but all those efforts is powerless to change the storm boiling on the inside. Nothing that we had been taught throughout the history of this religious dictatorship had ever amounted to anything but utter disappointment.

If a movie is disappointing, the first few fellows who were unlucky enough to have to sit through it would write a review and spread the news. No one else would go and see it, because no one likes to be disappointed. If a car for instance would be a disappointment on the whole, no one would buy it. It would be mocked and sneered at.

The question then arises: how on earth is it possible then, for millions upon millions of people to submit for thousands of years to unfounded religious rites, rules and regulations, that never ever proves anything nor amounts to anything? Religion therefore is this never ending cycle of outward acts, which is powerless to save and which destroys countless lives, and is perpetually kept on going by those who are deceived enough to subscribe to its philosophies. Religion is a fiction created in the mind of man to give purpose to a seemingly purposeless life. A fictitious philosophy, an arbitrary train of thought to keep one busy and to give one a sense of achievement, which is always only recognised by man. This fictitious philosophy has a fictitious higher being that is invisible, never says thank you, or anything else for that matter, and never commends anyone who does back brakingly hard work to fulfill all the demands of its laws and rituals, and most of all, never pays up! This presupposed higher being filled with wrath and judgment would supposedly simply beat you to a pulp if you do wrong things. "He" would for instance send you cancer to build your character, and bring trials and temptations into our life to test you and see whether you have in fact learned anything. Yet this being is invisible, and supposedly only speaks through religious leaders and supposedly inspired scriptures. The thing is; people who don't subscribe also get cancer, and medical science has started to single out some causes of it. Cancer is not the root of bitterness in the soul as some would like to believe, neither is it caused by an individual's personal sinfulness, but it is an uncontroled growth of cells, that can spread throughout vital organs and which causes pain and in a lot of cases death.

How do we know that all the scriptures of the different religions are indeed written by devine inspiration and not demonical possession? What guarantee do we really have that Mohammed was a prophet, and that Buddha really experienced peace? How does one choose? Millions try to reach that state of Moksha or Utopia or Heaven, or Holiness. It gives them a sense of purpose. Having to spend time to chase something somehow makes this random existence on earth worth while. But they never get there, do they? It's like a donkey chasing a carrot hung from a stick in front of its face. As long as the donkey looks at the carrot, it has an unrealizable incentive to move into a certain direction, dictated by the direction in which the carrot is held. It sounds so noble, but as the donkey moves, so does the carrot. The donkey is thus mobilised for the gain of another. Its mind is pacified, and Its energy and life is utilized by another.

People are blinded by the fear of unwarrented sanction. They are blinded by their belief that their people and their culture is in some way better than others. Religion is in my mind not something to aspire to, because all things outflowing from religion ends in disaster and death.

How then is the truth distinguished from the lie and the downright pityful?

I am a Christian, and I boldly proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ. This is however, not just another circus of religion as I was made to believe in my youth, but it is in fact the most extraordinary and real experience there is. Christian religion killed millions of people by spear, and also by doctrine. But Christianity is not religion at all. Unlike Islam and Buddhism, the whole point of the Gospel is that one turns away from one's own desire to please a higher being, and simply believe that the Loving God has made restitution for us humans in the body of His Son, paying the price Himself and ending this madness by His own hand. To top that, the reward of the Gospel is not only found in the after-life, or after death, but in your living material body. This reward is instantly given by grace and is a free gift. Thus it can be proven, unlike religion, where you simply have to take the priest's word for it. Since I believed, and met the person Jesus Christ, I have personally laid hands on hundreds of people, as He has commanded, and they were healed. Blinds eyes and deaf ears have been healed. I think that falls in the category of reality, and proof.

Christianity is a supernatural experience of the person Christ, through grace, by believing the preached Word of the Crucified Christ, and receiving the Life that He gives freely by faith. The real God is not filled with wrath, but love. All wrath against sin was poured out on Jesus Christ when He died on the cross almost 2000 years ago. He is full of love. He only has forgiveness toward you, and wants to save you.

This is a wonderful experience, one which can not be replaced by trying to be better, and trying to please a higher power that always seem to elude you. Let me present the Gospel in simplicity and power to you: Jesus Christ died for you. All your sins are forgiven.
Turn away from yourself, and your own efforts, to His love, and receive His forgiveness. There is no sacrifice to be brought. Turn away from the idol in your heart which is your law, with which you have judged yourself and others. Turn to His love. He is faithfull and true. He will change your life this day. Simply believe that you are forgiven, as opposed to trying to achieve forgiveness.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
3:17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
3:18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

If one doesn't believe, one retains one's own laws unto judgment. Your own law and unbelief is judging you, not God.

3:19 And this is the condemnation, that light (Jesus) is come into the world, and men loved darkness (religion) rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
3:20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.
3:21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

These deeds are signs, wonders and miracles, done with the power of the Holy Spirit in us, which brings glory to the Father, and proves that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, and has died for the sins of the whole world.

If you want to see miracles happen, contact me at contact@christlife.co.za and make an appointment. I will take you to sick people and demonstrate the love of God. If you live far away, you can go to www.spiritword.org.za. They have a lot of documented miracles.

I pray that the Love of God will expose the stupidity of religion in your life, and that He will enlighten the eyes of your hearts, so that you can see the Truth of Jesus Christ.

Bless you

Come to the Father

Most people think that there is something that seperates us from God. Jesus Christ took away everything that is between us and God, by paying for our sins.

John 1414:1 DO NOT let your hearts be troubled (distressed, agitated). You believe in and adhere to and trust in and rely on God; believe in and adhere to and trust in and rely also on Me.
14:2 In My Father's house there are many dwelling places (homes). If it were not so, I would have told you; for I am going away to prepare a place for you.

These dwelling places are like rooms. The King James version says Mansions, which simply means dwelling places. God is not building us big houses in heaven. Neither is He going to kill you when our supposed big house is finally finished. What does He mean with preparing a place? He went in as a forerunner (Heb6:20) into the Holy of Holies. He went in with His own blood, paying for our sins, and so making restitution for us with the Father. Jesus went in with His own blood, and paved the way for us, paid our debts ahead of time, so that we can enter without guilt, and have fellowship with the Father. So we have a dwelling place in the house of the Father, which is in heaven, while we are still alive. We can have fellowship with the Father, because Jesus has reconciled us with the Father.

In John 10 Jesus said 10:9 I am the Door; anyone who enters in through Me will be saved (will live). He will come in and he will go out [freely], and will find pasture.
10:10 The thief comes only in order to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance (to the full, till it overflows).

14:3 And when (if) I go and make ready a place for you, I will come back again and will take you to Myself, that where I am you may be also.
14:4 And [to the place] where I am going, you know the way.
14:5 Thomas said to Him, Lord, we do not know where You are going, so how can we know the way?
14:6 Jesus said to him, I am the Way and the Truth and the Life; no one comes to the Father except by (through) Me.
14:7 If you had known Me [had learned to recognize Me], you would also have known My Father. From now on, you know Him and have seen Him.
14:8 Philip said to Him, Lord, show us the Father [cause us to see the Father-that is all we ask]; then we shall be satisfied.
14:9 Jesus replied, Have I been with all of you for so long a time, and do you not recognize and know Me yet, Philip? Anyone who has seen Me has seen the Father. How can you say then, Show us the Father?

Jesus was sent from heaven, the Word became flesh and dwelt among us (John 1). The Son of God was manifested on the earth. He dwelt on the earth and in heaven simultaneously.
John 3:13 And yet no one has ever gone up to heaven, but there is One Who has come down from heaven-the Son of Man [Himself], Who is (dwells, has His home) in heaven.

He was one with the Father, and only did what He saw His Father doing
John5:19 So Jesus answered them by saying, I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, the Son is able to do nothing of Himself (of His own accord); but He is able to do only what He sees the Father doing, for whatever the Father does is what the Son does in the same way [in His turn].

So Jesus did the works of the Father, by the power of the Holy Spirit. Jesus said: you know the way, I am the Way the Truth and the Life. No one comes to the Father, except through Me. People could not see the Father, but they could see the works of the Father through Jesus, and in that way, Jesus made the Father known.

John 14:10 Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and that the Father is in Me? What I am telling you I do not say on My own authority and of My own accord; but the Father Who lives continually in Me does the (His) works (His own miracles, deeds of power).
14:11 Believe Me that I am in the Father and the Father in Me; or else believe Me for the sake of the [very] works themselves. [If you cannot trust Me, at least let these works that I do in My Father's name convince you.]
14:12 I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, if anyone steadfastly believes in Me, he will himself be able to do the things that I do; and he will do even greater things than these, because I go to the Father.

If we realise that Jesus Christ is the Way to the Father, and that He is one with the Father, and that we are now one with Him and in Him, we can do all things, because Jesus is now with the Father. How do we have fellowship with the Father? Through Jesus, the Way, the Door. Through believing the cross of Christ. The Gospel is the power of God unto Salvation, and makes us able to do the works of the Father, because we have fellowship with the Father, through Jesus.

John 14:13 And I will do [I Myself will grant] whatever you ask in My Name [as presenting all that I AM], so that the Father may be glorified and extolled in (through) the Son.
14:14 [Yes] I will grant [I Myself will do for you] whatever you shall ask in My Name [as presenting all that I AM].
14:15 If you [really] love Me, you will keep (obey) My commands.

These commands are the Words of Christ. Keep them in your heart. These commands are not the dictates of the Law that one normally would try to do.

14:16 And I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Comforter (Counselor, Helper, Intercessor, Advocate, Strengthener, and Standby), that He may remain with you forever-
14:17 The Spirit of Truth, Whom the world cannot receive (welcome, take to its heart), because it does not see Him or know and recognize Him. But you know and recognize Him, for He lives with you [constantly] and will be in you.
14:18 I will not leave you as orphans [comfortless, desolate, bereaved, forlorn, helpless]; I will come [back] to you.
14:19 Just a little while now, and the world will not see Me any more, but you will see Me; because I live, you will live also.

This little while is not 2000+ years. It is not the second coming. This little while is the three days of Christ's suffering, death and resurrection.

14:20 At that time [when that day comes] you will know [for yourselves] that I am in My Father, and you [are] in Me, and I [am] in you.
14:21 The person who has My commands and keeps them is the one who [really] loves Me; and whoever [really] loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I [too] will love him and will show (reveal, manifest) Myself to him. [I will let Myself be clearly seen by him and make Myself real to him.]
14:22 Judas, not Iscariot, asked Him, Lord, how is it that You will reveal Yourself [make Yourself real] to us and not to the world?
14:23 Jesus answered, If a person [really] loves Me, he will keep My word [obey My teaching]; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home (abode, special dwelling place) with him.

We receive the Word, so that the Word can become flesh in us. We receive the Holy Spirit by believing the message of the Gospel (Gal3:1-3). He has sent the comforter, and we start experiencing that by the Holy Spirit Who comes when we believe the Gospel.

14:24 Anyone who does not [really] love Me does not observe and obey My teaching. And the teaching which you hear and heed is not Mine, but [comes] from the Father Who sent Me.
14:25 I have told you these things while I am still with you.
14:26 But the Comforter (Counselor, Helper, Intercessor, Advocate, Strengthener, Standby), the Holy Spirit, Whom the Father will send in My name [in My place, to represent Me and act on My behalf], He will teach you all things. And He will cause you to recall (will remind you of, bring to your remembrance) everything I have told you.
14:27 Peace I leave with you; My [own] peace I now give and bequeath to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid. [Stop allowing yourselves to be agitated and disturbed; and do not permit yourselves to be fearful and intimidated and cowardly and unsettled.]

We need to realise that we are in Christ. 2 Cor 5:17 says 5:17 Therefore if any person is [ingrafted] in Christ (the Messiah) he is a new creation (a new creature altogether); the old has passed away. Behold, the fresh and new has come!

The Old is the law and the Prophets that Testify about Jesus Christ. Jesus came and fulfilled it. The New is the new life in Christ, in the Holy Spirit, and the Spirit in us, which is a life full of the works of the Father, that we can only do by the power of the Holy Spirit in the Name of His Son Jesus Christ.

We need to realise that we have died with Christ, and have been resurrected with Him (Rom6). We need to realise that if we believe the Word, we dwell in Him and He in us. If He dwells in us, we can do all things, because we have fellowship with the Father.

Revelation 21:3 Then I heard a mighty voice from the throne and I perceived its distinct words, saying, See! The abode of God is with men, and He will live (encamp, tent) among them; and they shall be His people, and God shall personally be with them and be their God.
21:4 God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and death shall be no more, neither shall there be anguish (sorrow and mourning) nor grief nor pain any more, for the old conditions and the former order of things have passed away.
21:5 And He Who is seated on the throne said, See! I make all things new. Also He said, Record this, for these sayings are faithful (accurate, incorruptible, and trustworthy) and true (genuine).
21:6 And He [further] said to me, It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To the thirsty I [Myself] will give water without price from the fountain (springs) of the water of Life.
21:7 He who is victorious shall inherit all these things, and I will be God to him and he shall be My son.

Rom 8:37 Yet amid all these things we are more than conquerors and gain a surpassing victory through Him Who loved us.

1John 5:4 For whatever is born of God is victorious over the world; and this is the victory that conquers the world, even our faith.
5:5 Who is it that is victorious over [that conquers] the world but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God [who adheres to, trusts in, and relies on that fact]?

Rom8:14 For all who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God.
8:15 For [the Spirit which] you have now received [is] not a spirit of slavery to put you once more in bondage to fear, but you have received the Spirit of adoption [the Spirit producing sonship] in [the bliss of] which we cry, Abba (Father)! Father!
8:16 The Spirit Himself [thus] testifies together with our own spirit, [assuring us] that we are children of God.

We are God's children. We are the sons of God. We are those that conquer through faith in Him. He lives in us. We show Him to the world through His works that are done in us. We have access to the Father, to the Holy of Holies, through the blood and the broken flesh body of Christ. Our fellowship with Him, with His love, make us to be able to do all things.

Heb10:17 He then goes on to say, And their sins and their lawbreaking I will remember no more.
10:18 Now where there is absolute remission (forgiveness and cancellation of the penalty) of these [sins and lawbreaking], there is no longer any offering made to atone for sin.
10:19 Therefore, brethren, since we have full freedom and confidence to enter into the [Holy of] Holies [by the power and virtue] in the blood of Jesus,
10:20 By this fresh (new) and living way which He initiated and dedicated and opened for us through the separating curtain (veil of the Holy of Holies), that is, through His flesh,
10:21 And since we have [such] a great and wonderful and noble Priest [Who rules] over the house of God,
10:22 Let us all come forward and draw near with true (honest and sincere) hearts in unqualified assurance and absolute conviction engendered by faith (by that leaning of the entire human personality on God in absolute trust and confidence in His power, wisdom, and goodness), having our hearts sprinkled and purified from a guilty (evil) conscience and our bodies cleansed with pure water.
10:23 So let us seize and hold fast and retain without wavering the hope we cherish and confess and our acknowledgement of it, for He Who promised is reliable (sure) and faithful to His word.
10:24 And let us consider and give attentive, continuous care to watching over one another, studying how we may stir up (stimulate and incite) to love and helpful deeds and noble activities.

I pray that the Lord Jesus Christ will show Himself to you. I pray that you will realise that you are in Christ, and that Christ is in you, and that you are therefore in the Father, and the Father in you.

John17

17:19 And so for their sake and on their behalf I sanctify (dedicate, consecrate) Myself, that they also may be sanctified (dedicated, consecrated, made holy) in the Truth.
17:20 Neither for these alone do I pray [it is not for their sake only that I make this request], but also for all those who will ever come to believe in (trust in, cling to, rely on) Me through their word and teaching,
17:21 That they all may be one, [just] as You, Father, are in Me and I in You, that they also may be one in Us, so that the world may believe and be convinced that You have sent Me.
17:22 I have given to them the glory and honor which You have given Me, that they may be one [even] as We are one:
17:23 I in them and You in Me, in order that they may become one and perfectly united, that the world may know and [definitely] recognize that You sent Me and that You have loved them [even] as You have loved Me.

Bless you
